How it Works:
- After an initial meeting to determine your needs, you are assigned a dedicated bookkeeper.
- QuickBooks is linked to Park East Bookkeeping, so we can have access to the software.
- Methods for secure file access is discussed. Methods include Drop Box, Hub Doc, Ledger Sync and others.
- The secure documents are provided.
- We are on a weekly cycle. You let us know when you need to have your books done. Weeks 1- 4.
Pricing:
- Pricing is based on volume. For business with $25,000 or less, our fees are $200 per month (per business unit.) *
- For Restaurants with Revenue $25001- 150,000 we charge $435.00 per month. (per business unit.) *
- For Enterprises above 150,000 -200,00o per month we charge $750.00Â (per business unit.) *
- * A business unit as defined by a restaurant with its own QuickBooks. 5 QuickBooks subscriptions to work on = 5 units.
Process:
- Each month the statements become available in our secure file system.
- Documents are entered into QuickBooks.
- Transactions are classified.
- Systems are tied out. Your point of sales system records revenue.
- Cost of goods sold is calculated via your POS or purchases for the month.
- Expenses are added from the statements are reconciled.
- The ledgers are quality checked for accuracy.
- The balance sheet is tied out. Tips are accounted for. Payroll liabilities are added.
- Cash is balanced. Reconciles are done.
No Charge Meetings:
When all is entered. We offer:
- No charge meetings.
- A free analysis of your financial position.
